Cancellation, No Call/No-Show, & Late Arrival Policies

To keep scheduling fair and simple for everyone, we now require a card on file for all appointments. This is a common practice in many wellness centers and helps us respect both your time and our therapists’ time. Please know your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, missed session, or at your request for payment, and this will always be at our discretion.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged 50% unless we’re able to fill the spot.

No Call/No Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

Late Arrivals: We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but sessions may need to be shortened to fit your reserved time.
